Watermelon is the favourite tropical fruit that we all adore, and this amazing smoothie recipe allows you to savour all the goodness and nutrients that watermelons have to offer. Just make sure that you picked out seedless watermelon chunks, or you can always remove the seeds before adding it to the blender.
All you need is fat-free milk, ice cubes and chopped cubes of seedless watermelon.
Add the milk and watermelon to the blender, and blend of at least 15 seconds or until you see a smooth, creamy texture. Now, toss in the ice cubes and blend for another 20 seconds, or until you get the creamy consistency you like. You can always add more ice and fruits if you like, and blend for another 15 seconds.

This incredibly simple and easy recipe requires no effort, and all you need is chopped strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, freshly squeezed lemon juice, ice cubes and honey.

You will require a chilled apricot nectar, low-fat peach yogurt, banana, chilled club soda, and frozen lemonade concentrate.
Add the banana, yogurt, lemonade concentrate and apricot nectar into the blender, and blend the ingredients for at least 30 seconds, or until you see them pureed into a creamy paste. Now, add in the club soda and quickly, pour it out into a glass for immediate serving.
