7. Raise the Head of Your Bed

Raising the head doesn’t mean increase the number of pillows below your head, but place some blocks or bricks below the head side of the bed. 9. Avoid Trigger Foods

10. Wear Loose Clothes
Well this is strange, but what you wear can have a serious effect on acid reflux. Extremely tight dresses might trigger heartburn right way. Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and in which you have excess room for air to breath.
11. Slow Down Your Eating
Avoid eating too quickly. This is one of the brilliant tip to prevent acid reflux. The experts recommend that if you eat huge and heavy meals quickly in one sitting, the chances of heartburn are double and the condition would be worst. Eat until you are comfortably full and chew slowly to have better digestion.
