I don’t eat any fast food anymore since I changed my diet. I don’t use cow’s milk or any animal products. I eat only a plant based diet. I don’t eat any refined sugars. I make everything myself. I use the unrefined sugar. The only skin issue I have is since I turned 30, I have really oilly skin especially my face, even my eyelids. I’m even using less oil in my cooking & don’t know why. I’m almost 35 now & the oil from my skin hurts my eyes. Is there any suggestions for what I might be eating that may be causing this?

I have itching skin some thing I have eaten not sure small lumps around hands and lower legs .and on top of my head I am on 20 units inline. I am 70 years old .
